Robert will be joining Alison Morton from CF Foundation to speak at Holy Names Academy on Thursday, March 10th, as part of the school’s Peace and Justice Day. Lissy Moore was a Holy Names student who lost her battle with CF at age 15 and we’re honored to carry on the battle with CF in her memory.

March is typically when we ramp up our CF fundraising. Winter is a slow time for fundraisers and we use that time to re-energize our donors. This year there’s no better way to start than with the 10th Annual Fremont Troll Stroll on Saturday, April 16th. The Fightin’ G-Gnomes Drinking Team will be there, keeping their perfect attendance record intact.

Tori’s now home for the holidays. Her first semester at George Fox went well and she just had a great quarterly checkup at the CF clinic. Woo hoo!

Fighting Cystic Fibrosis is an everybody battle for Tori. Tori’s Troopers exists to help kids like Tori beat CF by raising money to find a cure. Progress has been great since we started our fight 17 years ago, but there is still a long way to go.

Donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fund research to find treatments that help CF patients live longer, happier lives. There are many fundraising events throughout the year and we’ll be walking, playing poker, drinking beer and riding bikes with thousands of other people who share our goal of beating CF.
